2 HOUR minimum for rentals / rental rate does not include drinks or food 

Cost

Lilac Corner lawn  capacity up to 50 people $100/hr

Rooftop Deck (21+ only) capacity up to 30 people $150/hr

Middle Lawn (includes firepit table)  capacity up to 50 people $150/hr

Large Lawn (includes firepit table & stage) capacity up to 100 people $300/hr

2 hour rate deposit required

20% gratuity applied at checkout

Cancellations

Groups of 20 or less must cancel 48 hours in advance,  larger groups must cancel 72 hours in advance or deposit is no longer refundable

Food options:  We highly recommend using on-site Food Truck (our coordinator can help provide additional menu options.)  Off-site desserts welcome and outside food coordinated on case by case basis.
